You agree NOT to use the Services to:

• Violate laws or regulations

• Violate telecom or 10DLC rules
• Transmit harmful or abusive content
• Interfere with platform operations

You are solely responsible for:

• Your contact lists
• Your consent records
• Your campaign compliance

5. Messaging Compliance

If you use SMS or email features, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained all required consents
• Your messaging complies with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier rules
• You will honor opt-out requests promptly

6. Data Rights

As between you and Endeavor Systems:

• You retain rights to the content you upload

We retain all rights to:

• Platform data
• Usage data
• System analytics
• Aggregated and derived data
• Performance metrics

We may use such data for any lawful business purpose.

7. Fees and Payment

• Fees are billed as described on the site or order form
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• We may suspend services for non-payment

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability.

We do not guarantee:

• Message delivery
• Platform uptime
• Election outcomes
• Any specific business results

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endeavor Systems shall not be liable for any indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or personal injury claims arising from platform use.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endeavor Systems from claims arising out of your data, your messaging, your legal compliance, and your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
